Improvements and fixes

Fix in the document upload component (#2298): Fixed an issue where the image disappeared when attaching documents.
Request editing (#2302): Now the value set for the signature policy is respected during the request editing.
Default active users (#2341): Implemented the setting to set users as default active.
Upload of multiple documents to SFTP (#2369): Fixed a bug that prevented the successful upload of several documents to the SFTP server.
User export (#2371): Added the fields “Date of registration” and “Last access date” to the users export file.
Stamp positioning (#2378): Fixed a problem with stamps whose height or width was equal to 0.
