As 2024 began, we shared our goals for the year. And, although several weeks have already passed since 2025 began, there is no better time to look back and take a look at what we have achieved. A constant innovation in our products, a UX design work on the website dedicated to improve the user experience and new functionalities are some of the episodes that marked Viafirma’s 2024.

We work to offer the best Viafirma’s web version
Our website has not only changed visually, we have also implemented interactive functions that make the user experience a more agile and satisfactory process, adapting to the market trends and new technologies.
Although we had been working on it since 2023, in 2024 we completed one of our main objectives: to achieve a modern, clean and fluid aesthetic. We worked on offering you the best web version of Viafirma, carrying out tasks such as incorporating high quality header images to our blog publications, optimizing the loading times and incorporating alt titles.
We integrated advanced features into our products
We took a big step forward in the integration of interactive features – have you heard about Sophia, our Chatbot? It has been one of this year’s highlights, but we have also improved personalization and optimized content for SEO. Our team has worked on integrating new technologies and improving accessibility, so that our users can enjoy a good experience.
New additions to the team
We do not hesitate to say that Viafirma’s engine is its employees. For us, they are the key to success and, thanks to them, our products are what they are. In the search of exceptional professionals for our team, we have added new members to the development team.
Enhancements and new features in the 2024 summary

Viafirma Documents
- New tray available in the test environment. We have redesigned our electronic signature solution with a new look and feel and an improved user experience. This way, managing applications will be easier than ever.
- Personalized mandatory reading. You can select the mandatory reading of each document individually, thus improving its security and control.
- Security improvements. Security options have been strengthened (for example, the option to remember passwords), as well as optimizing the downloading of attached documents.
Viafirma Fortress
- Captcha for signature query. To improve the security, we have implemented a captcha in the signature query and document download screen.
- Support in additional languages. Now, our services have support for the Portuguese language, expanding the accessibility to new markets.
- Authentication improvements. We have implemented new options such as SAML and two-factor authentication requirements to strengthen user security.
As for the growth we achieved in 2024 in our customer base, we achieved a significant increase in our customer base, reaching an 11.62% increase compared to last year. In total, we added 797 new customers, up from 714 in 2023. This growth is testimony to the trust our users place in us, and drives us to continue to innovate. Moreover, this growth is aligned with the global growth trend of the electronic signature market, which will experience an exponential boom in the coming years until 2029, according to the report Digital Signature Market Size and Share Analysis – Growth Trends and Forecasts (2025-2029).
