Once the evidence has been collected by the signatories, the documents are automatically signed with a digital certificate, which is known as a signature on the server. This process gives legitimacy to the document, guaranteeing its integrity once it has been signed.
The certificate may be that of Viafirma that is installed by default, a custom one previously configured in the tool or in Viafirma Fortress, a tool for centralizing certificates.
Configuration from the drafting of requests
In this option we will use the default configuration for both the signature and the certificate.
Configuration from templates
The system allows you to choose between several PAdES signature formats (PAdES B, PAdES T, PAdES LT and PAdES LTV), some of which involve the use of time stamps.
You also have access to a centralized certificate store, being able to choose a certificate from your alias and password, or leave it blank to use a default identity previously configured in the system.
